The Symphony No. 9 in D minor, Op 125 "Choral" is the last complete symphony to be composed Beethoven. Referred to as his choral or the the ninth, it's one of his best known works . It incorporates part of a work by Schiller .. the "Ode to Joy . [The late Herbert von Karajan rearranged this particular part and it became the European Union Anthem] New Year , known as Sylvester in Germany, is a big celebration and throughout the country many performances of this work are given . Here you see some pictures of the Konzerthaus Berlin. This evening the Rundfunk -Sinfonieorchester Berlin were brilliant .
