Most of us are more than disillusioned with modern politicians.
Crooked and very economical with the truth , they try to present themselves with what is perceived to be showbiz charisma.
Given these factors ,(there are more),the title The Right Honourable is anything but apt.Think Blair,Straw,Prescott,Blunket.The list is endless and covers all parties.
However one politician stands out untarnished. Gordon Brown .
This man has never been tainted by Blair and has done a great job .
It speaks volumes for the British press and public when one hears that Mr Brown is not well liked as he doesn't smile enough ,is miserable etc .
To them I would ask "where have the grins of Bush and Blair got us ?"
I would like to see him as PM for Britain . You never know he could well return it to GB status .
Indeed I would go so far as to say that here is a man who could run the show single handed . COME ON GORDON .You are Right and yes ,very honourable . Would there were more politicians like you today .

Oh dear - Miss Vixen has got the "hots" for old miserable Gordie the Gopher - the first man in history to invent more than 300 stealth taxes - why couldn't he be honest with the British people and just raise them honestly? He raised NI by 10% and has more or less wasted that money on the NHS which he refused to sanction modernisation - now we have waiting lists getting longer, nurses etc get sacked and wards are closing - all down to this one man's refusal to change! He has created a culture of benefits in the UK where people get £35,000 a year for staying at home - there is no incentive to work in the UK - all down to this man. Most of his initiatives like "Sure Start" are proving to be bureacratic nightmares where 80% of the funding is spent on offices and staff - not on the young people who need the investment. And he has been Chencellor when top up fees were introduced to Universities and no extra funding is provided to a sector which used to lead the world - oh Miss Vixen the list is endless but I still adore You. xxx
